We have put together here for you a small sampling of the different items that we carry in the Chocolate Shop, Bruges.
In the PRALINES section you will see photographs of our freshly made Belgian Chocolates. By keeping the shop stock small and having many deliveries each week our master Chocolatier ensures that you will always be able to enjoy them at their very best. Although made with fresh ingredients they still enjoy about six weeks shelf life and are perfect for mail-order deliveries.
He also makes bars of CHOCOLATE, some with nuts and fruit, in dark, white and milk chocolate - all made with 100% cacaobutter. Similarly the selection of truffles and dipped candied fruits are fresh and delicious.
MARSIPAN fruits and figures are always popular but the true devotee chooses to buy a slice from the marsipan logs that we always have ready to cut to order - Walnut, Pistache, Orange - it is your choice in our Brugge Chocolate Shop.
Don't forget that you will need something for the children! There is a wide choice of Candies, Sweets and novelty Chocolates in the shop for them to enjoy. They are all made by local artisanal craftsmen and the quality and taste is excellent. Of course they are good for the little darlings!
The relationship that Françoise and Barbe enjoy with local belgian suppliers ensures that there really is a gourmet range of Cookies, BISCUITS, Waffles, Confitures, Chocolate Liqueur, Advocat Sauce and such like. We stock a full range of HONEY from Weyne's and there are many regular customers who live in Bruges who come here for honey from all countries of the world and GINGERBREAD to die for!
